Florida man, 28, tackles deacon during a church service while on probation for assaulting an elderly person three years ago

A Florida man has been arrested after he was filmed tackling a deacon in the middle of a church service.   Thomas Eisel, 28, was booked into Broward County Jail on charges of battery and disturbing the peace in a religious assembly after the incident on Saturday night in Pompano Beach.   Surveillance video from St Coleman Catholic Church captured the moment Eisel lunged at the deacon, George Labelle, as he conducted a service.   The video shows Eisel sitting in a front pew in the chapel as Labelle walks back and forth while he addresses the congregation.    The suspect then suddenly stands and charges at the deacon.
