Why Sedevacantism Is Stupid: Sedevacantists Say The Pope Is Allowed To Break Commandments Four Through Ten And Still Remain Pope...........

Sedevacantists claim that the Pope is allowed to break Commandments Four through Ten and he can still remain Pope.

But if the Pope breaks any of the first three Commandments he is no longer a Pope and no longer a Roman Catholic!!!

So if you as a Lay Roman Catholic sin against any of the first three commandments you are still a Roman Catholic and can still go to confession to a Roman Catholic Priest to get absolved and then do your penance.

However if you become Pope and commit any sin against the first three commandments then you cease to be a Roman Catholic and you as a non-Catholic cannot go to a Roman Catholic Priest to confess your sins to get absolution and do penance No. If you as a Pope have a doubt about the faith even in thought (like most struggling Catholics - ask Steve Skojec)  then you are automatically outside the Church and are not allowed to receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation!

This is how stupid Sedevacantism is.

No need for long theological discourse.

Pope at confession:

Pope: Father forgive me for I have sinned its been one week since my last Confession.

Priest: Go on..

Pope: I confess I had a doubt about the Faith!

Priest: WHAT!?!

Priest: NOW GIT!

Pope: Did he just tell me GIT???

If you are a Sedevacantist then you WORSHIP the Papacy and are a danger to yourself and those around you.

"I didn't see, I don't see any Great Pope or Great Monarch before an extremely great tribulation, horrifying, terrible and general for all Christendom. But before that time, twice there will be a short lived peace; TWO shaky, servile, doubtful popes" Mélanie

“The great chastisement will come, because men will not be converted; yet it is only their conversion that can hinder these scourges. God will begin to strike men by inflicting lighter punishments in order to open their eyes; then He will stop, or may repeat His former warnings to give place for repentance. But sinners will not avail themselves of these opportunities; He will, in consequence, send more severe castigations, anxious to move sinners to repentance, but all in vain. Finally, the obduracy of sinners shall draw upon their heads the greatest and most terrible calamities. Mélanie

“We are all guilty! Penance is not done, and sin increases daily. Those who should come forward to do good are retained by fear. Evil is great. A moderate punishment serves only to irritate the spirits, because they view all things with human eyes. God could work a miracle to convert and change the aspect of the earth without chastisement. God will work a miracle; it will be a stroke of His mercy; but after the wicked shall have inebriated themselves with blood, the scourge shall arrive Mélanie

“What countries shall be preserved from such calamities? Where shall we go for refuge? I, in my turn, shall ask, What is the country that observes the commandments of God? What country is not influenced by human fear where the interest of the Church and the glory of God are at stake? (Ah, indeed! What country, what nation upon earth?) In behalf of my Superior and myself, I have often asked myself where we could go for refuge, had we the means for the journey and for our subsistence, on condition that no person were to know it? But I renounce these useless thoughts. We are very guilty! In consequence of this, it is necessary that a very great and terrible scourge should come to revive our faith, and to restore to us our very reason, which we have almost entirely lost. Mélanie

"I protest highly against a different text, which people may dare publish after my death. I protest once more against the very false statements of all those who dare say and write First that I embroidered the Secret; second, against those who state that the Queen Mother did not say to transmit the Secret to all her people." 1. Buddy, you got it all wrong. Do you even know what the latin words sede vacante means? It means the seat (of Peter) is EMPTY. Sede vacantists do not believe we currently have a pope. In fact we do not believe we have had a pope since Pope Pius XII in 1958. We totally reject Vatican II and the Novus Ordo religion and mass. We represent the Faith and the Mass of the ages. You are thinking of the SSPX who recognize the pope but resist his heretical dictates.

    1. Hey Buddy! How did the Pope no longer be the Pope? Because he sinned against the first three commandments! Please study your own Sede train of thought.

  2. Hey Buddy, I am a well versed sedevacantist. I know its history quite well. Several priests split off from Father Lefebvre after being ordained by him in Switzerland because he began cozying up to the radicals in the Vatican. He developed the "recognize and resist" mindset with regard to anti-pope John XXIII and anti-pope Paul VI These are now primarily SSPX. These priest, then Father Dolan, Father Sanborn, and Father Cekada, wanted nothing to do with the heretics in Rome and came back to America to begin the sede vacante form of worshiping our Lord using the old Latin liturgy in the traditional Mass of the ages. Dolan and Sanborn, along with Pivarunas are bishops and the primary leaders of sedevacantism through out the world. So, I am at a loss as to what you are even talking about. We have had nothing to do with the heretics in the Vatican since 1958.

    1. Hey Buddy! Can Popes and did Popes sin against commandments Four through Ten? Yes or No?

If so did these sinful Popes still remain Popes?

Again did sinful Popes Commit Adultery etc and still remain Popes? Yes or No?

So if a Pope can violate Commandment Four through Ten and still remain a Pope then why do you Sedes claim that once a Pope sins against Commandments One through Three he ceases to be a Pope?

Where do you Sedes get the idea that a Pope can violate Commandements Four through Ten and still remain a Pope but if a Pope violates any of the first Three Commandments he is no longer a Pope and no longer a Catholic?

Where do you silly Sedes get this?

    2. Popes can lead an immoral life and remain pope, but they cannot say or do anything heretical that will in anyway mislead the flock in matters of dogma and doctrine. The very fact that starting with John XXIII the Mass was radically change with regard to essential and unwavering parts of the liturgy and rubrics. When they deviated from what could never be changed (promulgated by past popes) they were immediately excommunicated by God Himself. The faux-pope we have in there now doesn't even try to hide his daily heresies. He is so far gone it is simply amazing that any one Catholic could still call him pope. Whether you agree with me is irrelevant. I know quite well the precepts of my faith and I will defend that faith to my dying breath, because I know it to be 100% true and is the Faith of Jesus Christ handed down to all Christians nearly 2000 years ago. Unfortunately, today there is only a very small remnant of truly faithful followers of Christ. Did not of our Lord rhetorically ask if he will find any faith when He returns. The answer is yes, but it will be that very small remnant of Christians who have remained unwaveringly true to the Faith.

    3. Then you should have no problem in citing chapter and verse where you get the idea that a Priest who becomes Pope automatically loses his Papal Office and is no longer a Roman Catholic if he sins against the first three Commandments (in thought word or deed) while he is Pope.

But if this same Priest before he was made Pope where to sins against the first three Commandments (in thought word or deed) and then repents of it and goes to confession - he still retains his Priestly office and remains a Catholic.

Should not be hard to do.

What you are saying is that any Roman Catholic can sin against the first three Commandments (in thought word or deed) and repent of it and go to confession and never lose his office or his status as a Roman Catholic - but once this man becomes Pope well then he loses everything including being a Catholic if he sins against the first three commandments.

That is ridiculous and you know it.

    4. And closer to home - all Roman Catholics who practice their faith are more scandalized by their own Priests if he sins against the first three Commandments (in thought word or deed) and yet that very sinful Priest still remains a Priest and a Roman Catholic who can repent of his sin and get absolution and do penance.

Tell me about that indelible mark that the Priest has - even a sinful Priest.

Was not Martin Luther still able to consecrate a Host?

You know many examples in history of wicked and sinful priests who sinned against the first Three Commandments and then repented of it, got absolved and did penance and still remained a Priest.

And yet according to you only a Priest who is a Pope loses everything if he sins even in thought alone against the first Three Commandments.......

Tell me according to your Sede beliefs - will the Church ever see a True Pope? And how will this take place if according to you all Priests are not really priests since the time of Pope Pius X......

    5. For those who are blinded no explanation is possible, for those who see no explanation is necessary. Pray earnestly for God's absolute Truth and maybe in time you may see as well.

    6. that's what I thought.

btw its Our Catholic Faith...not "My Faith"...Big difference.

You would know this if you prayed daily an Act of Faith like all Catholics do and did like this....

I believe (dear Lord) all the articles of our Catholic Faith: and for the truth of any one of them, by the assistance of thy grace, am ready to die, not one death, but if it were possible, as many deaths as all the Martyrs have suffered, from the beginning of the world until this day.

      or this Act of Faith...

Be witness (O ye heavens) and bear testimony, all ye that dwell upon the earth, that I undoubtedly, and most firmly believe all the articles of our Catholic Faith.

      or this Act of Faith...

Who will give me (dear Lord) that I might suffer cruel death, for any one point of our Catholic Faith

      or this Act of Faith...

Certainly my God of infinite Majesty, though Heretics or Infidels, should break all my bones, and cut me in pieces by little and little, yet by the assistance of thy grace would I never deny any one point of our Catholic Faith.

But no. you wrote "my Faith" and you are correct what you wrote is your Sedevacantist faith and not Our Catholic Faith.

One last thing you are outside the One True Holy and Catholic Apostolic Church simply because you refuse to pray for the Pope and Bishop during the Te igitur. Every Mass you Sedes attend your Priest refuses to say the name of Pope Francis and refuses to say the name of the Bishop of whatever Diocese you are in.

And the Catholic Church condemns you for your refusal:

This seemeth just to us, that the name of Lord the Pope, whosoever shall be for the time in the Apostolic Sea, be rehearsed in our Churches. Alcuinus is in this more plain, saying: them to be separated from Communion, who by any dissension do not frequent the remembrance of the Apostolic Pope, during the sacred mysteries . This is insinuated by the glorious martyr Ignatius: The first honor is due to God, the second to the Bishop, the third to the King. Fr. Henry Fitzsimon 1611

      You lose everything.

Leave your Sedevacantist cult and return to the one True Church that Jesus Christ founded. It not that hard to find.

  3. dxv515 I'am an anonymous browser that saw this article because I was looking for
proof against Sedevacantist, I saw that argument up there it looks like it got
a little heated but I never thought of the commandment argument you pulled
the only argument I have is that Sedevacantist don't have the four marks of the
church but you rested your case greatly and defended the one true faith, a little
question I have do you go to the TLM or a diocesan mass I go to the ICKSP.

    1. I attend Latin Mass and only the New Mass if weather problems or lack of funds to drive hours to the Latin Mass. I'm thinking of going to ICKSP in Tucson when visiting the border with Mexico at Sasaba sometime in the winter.

    2. Oh good I go to St Mary's oratory in Wausau WI ICKSP .
I kind of know the priest at ST Giana oratory Tucson AZ
his name is Canon Jonathon Fehrenbacher I met him when
he was deacon at the time before he was ordained. I also go
to the english mass do to driving conditions but I am only
20 min. from church so I go to the latin mass every sunday.

  4. Can a Pope teach heresy (which includes the disciplining of the Church)? No. The Holy Ghost will not allow it. All the R&R crowd (Recognize & Resist) believe either the VII "Popes" haven't officially committed heresy or that they have commit heresy and that is okay. The former being very delusional thinking and the latter being ignorant of what the Church teaches.

Manifest Heresy (public heresy) is a much different sin than all other sins because it separates you from the Church automatically ipso facto. Some R&R's will say that a declaration from a bishop is required but this is nonsense since no one can judge the Pope, but only Christ. Never in the history of the Church has a valid Pope taught heresy because it's not possible. The Gates of Hell will never prevail against St. Peter as Christ promised. Sure, there were immoral Popes, but they still held to the doctrines of the Catholic faith because they were Catholic! VII Popes by their very own actions/inactions and are antichrist destroyers of the Catholic faith. They are Modernist heretics who hate the Catholicism and destroy what little is left of the Catholic faith and her traditions. They teach a new religion called Vatican II that calls itself Catholic. It's a Massive Deception.

Many do not want to accept what they see and they are too scared to separate themselves from the VII church and its popes for fear of going to hell because of Catholic obedience, but what Catholic obedience? Accepting a lie? Being obedient to modernist heretics leading souls to Hell??!! That is not Christian. It's called being a coward and not upholding the Catholic faith and its traditions. It's a slap in the face to all the martyred Saints who died holding to the Catholic faith. Groups like SSPX reject Vatican I and destroy the belief of the authority of the Pope's power.

How else could there be so much confusion and infighting among Catholics today regarding the Church and her teachings? Because there is a loss of authority, that being the Pope.
